I mentioned that our garden will be part of the Pennypack Farm and Garden Tour on September 18th in a past post. Well, I have more information for you! I present that information in this LINK. Cheryl and her team have, already, been through for a mapping and timing trial run. The event seems so, very well, planned and organized that it’s certain to be a great time.
I, recently, went on a Farm and Garden Tour sponsored by the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project (ASAP) in North Carolina. J and I visited four farm and gardens out of the many on that tour, one of which was a very active apiary. We connected and learned and were inspired. Coming, fresh, from that experience; I, strongly, encourage you to take the opportunity to participate in the Pennypack Farm and Garden Tour and support the local food efforts in your own community!
